Afghan Family Resettlement
We are being guided in this effort by Jewish Family Services of Greenwich (JFS), which provides essential training, resources, and ongoing support. Our group alone could not have done this without the leadership and support of JFS. They truly are an esteemed and vital contributor to life in Greenwich!

On Dec. 11, we welcomed our first family, who brought with them an additional family member born earlier in the week! We are fortunate that Mothers for Others graciously offered to supply them with diapers. We also had generous donations of a newborn carseat, additional car seats for the two older children, and cribs.
The outpouring of generosity from this group has been beyond moving. This is a big undertaking, and we could use any help from those interested. We have 15 various teams to fill including, but not limited to: transportation, employment, finances, youth education, and more.
